She's worried about communication during the phases. She asked whether we use Loom or Markup, and she just wanted to better understand how she will be able to communicate her input. So, I did let her know that we use Usersnap, and she seemed to be happy that there was a program in place. I also let her know that we will do our best to communicate with her with what she feels comfortable, and that we can have calls and Google meets to screenshare. She just seems a little worried about not having a solid system of communication.
